Do you notice that less and less people are wearing watches nowadays? It is becoming so rare that if I notice someone wearing a watch, I usually compliment them on it. And it’s even rarer to see a celebrity wearing a watch. I was surprised to find photos of both Kim Kardashian and Jessica Simpson as seen above sporting eye-catching wristwatches.
While my friends look to their cellphones to see what time it is, I don’t. At home, I look at the time on my computer screen hundreds of time per day. And I never leave the house without my favorite gold/silver tone Fossil watch. I’d be lost without it. The minute the battery goes dead, it’s off to the jeweler for a replacement.
I actually wouldn’t mind using a wind-up watch again. Do they actually still make those? I inherited one and wore it until the watchband broke. Now that I’m thinking about it, I think I will dig it out of my jewelry box and invest in a new band!

Yesterday, we (okay, maybe just “I”) decided that Katherine Heigl should stick to blonde hairstyles instead of brunette locks. And I’ll throw out the Sun-In (do they even make that stuff anymore?) and leave my hair a shiny dark brown. Unless anyone else has some other hair color ideas for me? Black? Red? Pink?!
