Kim’s Product Endorsements are Free

Do you think Jessica Simpson really uses Proactiv Skin Care? Or is she just getting paid the big bucks for product endorsement?  Either way, her skin does indeed look great, airbrused or not.

I fell for the hype and tried it.  It does work, if my testimony is worth anything. But now that my mother sells Mary Kay Cosmetics, I feel like I need to buy my skin care from her. I think I like Proactiv better, but don’t tell her that.

I wish ELF cosmetics offered a skin care line.  They sell all makeup items for a mere $1 each.  No Joke.  After Maybelline discontinued their Shine-Free concealer (how dare they), I’ve searched high and low for a good concealer, and so far elf’s Tone Correcting Concealer is winning placement on my face.  I love saving money.

Lots and lots of comments out there on the best and worst dressed at the Golden Globes Awards last night.  Read reviews by The Makeup Girl, Bryan Boy Le Superstar Fabuleux,  Young, Black & Fabulous, Butter Nugget and Cinematical.

I think we all agree that the worst hair was Vanessa Williams.  She admitted to Entertainment Tonight that it was a “Vanessa” wig, and she did her own hair herself.  Um, maybe you shoulda got a stylist.
