Not sure if I’m liking Denise Richards’ bleached blond hair and fake tan, but she looks cute in her Alice + Olivia Black Tonal Rigby Raw Edge Dress (available from Chickdowntown.com, $367) that she wore to a Malibu dinner on August 12th, 2009. Source.
