Lindsay Lohan was spotted in New York City with little brother Cody on June 16th, 2009. They went shopping at Blue & Cream in the East Village and came out wearing new hoodies.

I absolutely love hoodies. I would wear one like this all the time if I could, but I think Lindsay wears hers just to hide from the paparazzi.

Love the simple styling of these hoodies – they remind me of the Neighborhoodies that were so cool a few years back (and a whole lot cheaper…)
