Paris Hilton was spotted earlier this month in Los Angeles wearing a Gypsy 05 Black Print Dress (available from Singer22.com, $145) with horrid looking hair extensions, and carrying a J.J. Winters Croco Hand Held Clutch (available from Singer22.com, $295).
