If there is a group of people who are required to look fit, lean, and sexy, that would be the ‘celebrities’. As you can observe, most A-list stars have well-sculpted body, this is because aside from their talent, these people get appraised based on their physical appearance. Because of such requirement, most celebrities do whatever it takes at all costs to lose weight and get ready for the next red carpet event.
Dr. Grey’s brown bag

Ellen Pompeo who plays Dr. Meredith Grey of the Grey’s Anatomy shared how she managed to shed off her pregnancy weight. The secret is in her brown bag which she prepares during Sundays. The menu consists of: boiled eggs and beets, chopped lettuce, scallions, parsley, and cilantro. She scoop a handful of each, dump it into the brown bag, add her favorite dressing, a can of beans, goat cheese, and she’s ready to go.

Ellen also stressed out the importance of eating nutritious foods which she calls as her ‘Energy Diet Plan’. This diet includes, banana for fiber, mangos for Vitamin C, garbanzo, beans, eggs for protein, as well as sardines and almonds for omega 3 and good fat.

Supermodel’s super-body

When we talk about a hot and sexy supermodel, there is no doubt that Gisele Bundchen would perfectly fit that description. She is a well-paid supermodel because of her gorgeous physique. That lean, fit, and well sculpted body is thanks to Giselle’s love for sports. This sexy supermodel is said to enjoy sports like volleyball and horseback riding. Even with such a busy schedule, Giselle tries to allocate at least 3 days a week to play her favorite games. No wonder she married the Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady who’s equally lean and sporty as her.

Wolverine’s workout

Hugh Jackman who played Wolverine in X-men is no doubt one of the sexiest men alive. This A-list actor is in every woman’s dream. Why not? Those well sculpted abs is to die for. Hugh’s workout includes upper and lower muscle toning exercises such as weight lifting, running, walking, stair exercises for cardio, and a week of yoga and Pilates. With such training, Hugh was able to lose 4 kilograms for his role in Wolverine and a large percentage of that weight loss was body fat.

Overall, these celebrities may have modified or specialized weight loss programs but if you look at the bigger picture, everything boils down to eating a well balanced diet, regular exercise, and doing activities that keep your heart pumping while enjoying. If these celebrities can do it, why can’t you?
