Sienna Miller was spotted shopping in Los Angeles wearing this Gypsy 05 Camel Silk Flower Tank Dress, available from Singer22.com, $135. Anyone know what kind of shoes she is wearing?!  Not that I want to buy them (not my style), just curious.
