Hilary Duff is another one that I think looks better as a blonde. My twins absolutely loved her on the Disney Channel as Lizzie McGuire. But she just had to go and grow up.
Couture Candy reported that earlier this month, Hilary Duff went out to the clubs in Miami with her sister, Haylie Duff, looking very grown up wearing jet black J Brands with a Chanel top, an oversized red ring and a cute clutch. And to top off this woman-in-black outfit, black nailpolish.
