Carrie Underwood wowed the world at the CMT Music Awards wearing these Rene Caovilla Snake Sandals (available from Vivre.com, $650). I love how the crytal snake sepentinely wraps up the ankle!

While I’m not a habitual high heel wearer by nature I think I could make an exception for these shoes. The snake wraping around the ankle is very cool. These are great evening shoes–but for me only if I didn’t have to do a lot of walking
