People StyleWatch Magazine Subscription

I have been boasting about how much I love the new People Style Watch Magazine in several posts, but do you know how hard it is to find this magazine?! It ain’t easy.
Living in Northeast Nebraska (aka hickville), I had to go all the way to a Borders store in Denver (great excuse to visit my boyfriend) and *gasp* pay full price plus tax. Sorry, Walmart doesn’t carry this mag.

I don’t know about anyone else but I have had the worst customer service experience with this magazine!!!!!!! I had a subcription but i canceled it after a short period !! I wouldn’t recieve my magazines so I emailed they say they were going to respond but did they no!! I had questions did I get them answered no!!! They said i would recieve a replacement but did I no!! I am really tired of waiting to get something that I paid for and never comes!!!

I had the worst customer service calling People style watch to order a gift for my niece. They were not helpfull at all and had no idea of the deal I got out of the magazine on one of the card inserts. The sounded like programed robots and we ended up just hanging up because they wouldnt help. I called so we wouldnt have any problems with the magazine being sent to the billing address and the bill sent to the gift reciepient. I ended up just ordering on line. What a waste of money having the ditz answer your phones and give no help what so ever. I hope someone in charge reads this and responds.
