Rihanna was spotted shopping in Sydney, Australia on November 10th wearing this Elizabeth and James Eliza Vest in Ebony/Oyster (co-designed by Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen) over a white tank. The Eliza Vest is on sale now at RevolveClothing.com for only $97 (regularly $275).
