Christina Aguilera promoted her newest fragrance, “Inspire“ by autographing over 200 bottles of the new scent at New York City’s Macy’s flagship store last month.

The New York Post reports that the must-have “it” shoe for spring is the Yves Saint Laurent “Tribute” complete with 5 1/2-inch heels. Sold out in most retailers, it’s one of the tallest high-fashion shoes ever produced – yet celebrities such as Christina Aguilera (pic shown), Jennifer Lopez and Gwen Stefani (click link for pics) can’t wait to walk at elevations usually reserved for pole dancers.

The Mary Jane style comes in four colors: violet, red, black suede and black leather.  Despite the steep price tag and even steeper height, the shoes are blowing out of stores. Full article.
