MSNBC published Michelle’s Short Shorts Spark Long Talks yesterday asking if it’s appropriate for the First Lady to wear “short shorts”? In my opinion those aren’t short short at all. It isn’t like she’s wearing Siwy Shorts! And Michelle Obama is extremely tall, so imagine how long they’d look on the average person?

So, want to steal Michelle’s style? We found The North Face Precita Shorts for $28.99 from Altrec.com.

Steal Mamaquin Michelle’s Style

Steal This Look: Outfits for the Family Starting at $15

I originally went to college for commercial art and wanted to write / direct / produce television commercials, movie trailers, etc.  Instead I work in my pajamas blogging about my passions!  But I still love to watch and critique commercials.  Right now, my fave commercials are the ones from Old Navy featuring their “SuperModelquins”.  Yesterday I got an email advertising Old Navy’s Spring “It” Dresses starting at $15. And if they deny that that “Mamaquin Michelle” isn’t styled after First Lady Michelle Obama, well I think they are full of bologna. Definitely a Michelle Obama style.  If you click on the ad though, the “daughter” shown is not named Sasha or Malia, but Kimmy.  Kimmy?  Gag me.  Being a “Kim”, I absolutely loathe being called Kimmy.  Call me Kimberly, Kimber, Kimmer, even Bitch is fine compared to Kimmy.  Ok, end of rant.  Check out OldNavy.com and make your own judgement (and check out their sundresses on sale).
