Jessica Simpson’s Beverly Hills Home

According to CelebrityDetective.com, Jessica Simpson lives in a 5,500 square foot, five bedroom, seven bathroom, two-story home in Beverly Hills, California (yep, that’s the infamous 90210 zip code). Jessica reported paid $5.3 million dollars, and the home once was owned by Ellen DeGeneres.

Now, I’m just going to take a stab in the dark and presume that if you are reading this, you don’t own a house as extravagant as Ms. Simpson’s home? I live in what I consider nice house, but it is nothing like that! And I’m wondering if I’ll qualify for President Obama’s Stimulus Mortgage Loan Modification. Everything I’ve read says one should consult with an FHLB Advisor (free service) first before attempting Home Loan Modification and/or Bank Loan Modification, so that’s be my first step.
