Lauren Conrad was spotted in Beverly Hills on August 15th with her dog, Chloe, wearing a Tt Collection Black Tiffy Skirt (available from Singer22.com, $265) paired with a green top and high heel mary-janes (not exactly dog-walking shoes IMHO).
