So I was excited to see Miranda Cosgrove (actress from Drake & Josh) was spotted in Los Angeles on April 12th, 2009 wearing this Whitehouse Couture Smiley Face Gidget Sweatshirt, available from Singer22.com in White or Pacific Blue, $108.
