You’d be surprised how many people notice your hands and feet. When your manicures and pedicures are done, you will naturally look more polished and kept. It’s really nice to get special treatment where you sit in a salon chair and someone else takes care of your manicure and pedicure. If you don’t have the financial margin to do this every week, pull out a bottle of nail polish and do it yourself. Unless you’re in a total crisis, there’s no excuse for leaving the house without being polished.
What you put in your body matters. If you’re allergic to certain foods, do your best to stay away from them. It doesn’t matter how good the food tastes. Eat foods that your body loves and runs well on like fruits, vegetables, lean meats and grains. Watch your dairy intake and the amount of foods with GMOs. Make sure to also drink enough water on a daily basis as your body thrives on water.
The human body needs to be touched on a consistent basis. There are so many people who walk around and are never touched by someone they love. If this is you, a trip to the day spa is in order. Massages and facials are very therapeutic for the skin and allow your body to release unwanted toxins during the treatments. Choose a legitimate day spa with workers who are licensed and have day spa insurance coverage. This extra research will keep both parties protected.
Work up a sweat and allow your body to release toxins and experience the beauty of endorphins. The gym is a perfect place to burn fat and build up muscle mass. If you become consistent in this area of your life, you’ll be blown away by the results you can fabulously achieve.
The body needs to recover in order to thrive. The more hours of sleep you earn before 11 pm, the more likely you’ll wake up early and feel refreshed. Let go off electronics in the bedroom and allow your body and mind to unplug.
