While queens Gisele, Kerr, Lima and such beauties may easily pull a flawless< situation whenever they want to flaunt their #wokeuplikethis moments, unfortunately – it’s not that easy for the rest of us.
Who wouldn’t want to look and feel like a supermodel, really! However, to always look runway ready seems virtually impossible when you’ve got a business to run, a kid on your hands, a pile of reports to fill daily and a family to take care of. Admittedly, this model effort, their diligence and commitment to maintaining a certain weight and a lifestyle is admirable, really!
What’s comforting to know is that these role models we worship take self-care really seriously not just because they are superwomen who juggle regular jobs and high-beauty-maintenance effortlessly but because their livelihood depends on it. Phew, we’ve found our Catch-22!
Even though we cannot imitate their lives and achieve their results in full, we can pick up some of their tricks and implement them in our everyday lives, hoping to achieve at least half the results they do!

Start your day wisely and early
When you wake up, your body is dehydrated and craves fluid so make sure you drink at least a glass of water when you wake up. What most models practice is drinking a glass of warm water with lemon (one whole lemon per glass) before they move onto having breakfast. This kick starts the metabolism and gets you high on vitamin C intake.
The breakfast should be something light, like a toast and some cheese and/or an egg or oatmeal with yogurt or milk.
You’ll learn that a great number of models and actresses start their day really early, usually at 5 AM. It gives them time to squeeze in a workout in their busy schedule and have a healthy start of the day.
Always drink water
Minimum of 8 glasses doesn’t really cut it. Try making 3 or 4 liters per day a habit.
Whenever you feel hunger remember that your stomach doesn’t really recognize the difference between thirst and hunger, sending the same signal to your mind. So, when your bowels start rumbling, have a glass or two of water and give your body some time to process it. Then, if you feel hungry again – take something light to eat.
Apart from making you feel fuller water will clear your skin, help your digestion and get your mind working faster! Speaking of killing multiple birds with one stone!
Try to watch your diet
This is the oldest advice in the world but still the most effective one – cutting back on processed sugars, white flour and not eating after 6 PM will get you in an amazing shape! Including a lot of greens (veggies and fruits) in your diet will not only inject your body with all the necessary vitamins but you’ll start dropping kilograms rapidly and your figure will look amazing!
Replace all the tempting candy bars with sweet fruit and replace dinner with a glass of yogurt, milk or a salad (instead of a huge sandwich or a pizza!) – it will take time to adjust but it will be worth it.
